COVID-19 statement from WF Education - update 24th March

WF Education Group, is committed to supporting schools in these unprecedented and challenging times.

We have three clear aims:

  • To protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers.
  • To provide the delivery of services to our customers.
  • To support our customers to adapt to the changing circumstances.

To that end, we have taken carefully considered steps to ensure that schools can order from all of our brands for the foreseeable future and take contact-free delivery of essential materials.

To protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers, we have enabled the vast majority of staff to work remotely, ensuring business continuity.

Maintaining our service

As of the 23rd March, we are running a remote customer service team and a skeleton warehouse staff to continue to fulfil orders for fundamental supplies.

Where applicable, these employees are following strict social distancing principles and implementing all government advice to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

All customer records and transactional documents are held electronically and can be accessed remotely.

We maintain the ability to answer remotely any queries you may have about supplies, orders and delivery – both by phone and email.
