Our cast acrylic is suitable for laser cutting, CNC machining, line bending and blow moulding. It can also be cut using a plastics cutter or on a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Often used for fabrication, laser engravings, noticeboards and signage and attractive displays.
It is manufactured to a high standard and provides impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water absorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining.
Please note that due to the way cast acrylic is manufactured, the sheet thickness is nominal and may vary slightly +/- 18%.
