The Record DP58 pedestal drill is made extensively from steel and cast iron and are driven by a powerful induction motor. The headstock is made from a large casting giving rigidity whilst absorbing vibration.

The hand-wheel is made from an ergonomically designed one piece casting for comfort of use whilst also providing additional weight to the headstock. These models come with 12 speeds making them ideal for drilling metal as well as wood.
