Kit includes:
• Instructions
• Samples
• Reagents and solvents
• 10 x 20 cm cellulose thin layer plate (to be cut into eight 5 x 5 cm squares)
• 5 µL glass capillary pipettes
All you need:
• 250 mL beakers
• Metre rulers
• Pipette pump or 10 mL pipettes
• Distilled water
For 8 Separations. Spotting Plates 20 minutes, TLC Separation 5 minutes.
