The Hegner Multicut 2S is a our popular mid range scrollsaw with an aluminium table which can tilt up to 45° (right hand side) and 12° (left hand side). It has an impressive throat depth of 460mm and Hegner's qucik tension release.

The quick clamp blade system makes it very easy to change a blade when required. The real benefit comes when doing piercing work. The blade can be quickly released, fed through another part of the workpiece and clamped up again.

Hegner scrollsaws are perfect for a mobile bench setup using our Akira™ solution, meaning easy installation and fully integrated extraction.
This is the variable speed version of the Multicut 2S which allows you more control when cutting different material types and thicknesses. A fixed speed version is also availabe (HM-2S-EDU).
Hegner EDU saws are fitted with No-volt overload release switches and hold down arm & guards as standard.
Each Hegner Multicut 2S Scrollsaw is supplied with the following:
1 x Pack of blades with 1 doz each grades 1,5,9 for wood cutting, 1,5,9 for metal cutting and 4 machine coping saw blades
1 x Clock key for blade changing
2 x Blade Clamps fitted in machine
2 x Blade Clamps spare
1 x Quick change blade clamp for quick blade change when pierceworking
1 x Plastic table insert for fine cutting
1 x Toolkit including 2 x Hex (Allen) keys and 1x Tommy Bar
