Electrode storage solution for maintaining accurate readings and proper functionality of pH and reference electrodes.
After cleaning your electrode, rinse with tap water, then soak the electrode in Storage Solution before taking measurements. pH 4.01 or pH7.01 buffer solution can be used if Storage Solution is running low.
Avoid the sensor tip and the reference junction drying out with Electrode Storage Solution. Use after cleaning or when the electrode is not in use.
Between measurements, storage solutions minimise microbial growth and prevent any effects of diffusion and osmosis, as well as keeping the sensor tip hydrated and clear.
