One Piece Distillation Apparatus, QUICKFIT®

The one-piece construction means that the angle of the condenser, still head and receiver are pre-defined and optimised for vacuum distillation applications. Because there are no joints between the components, this assembly is vacuum, gas and airtight, and is liquid leakproof. This improves user safety, as it removes the possibility of hazardous chemicals or gases leaking from joints between what would normally be separate components. It also saves money on having to purchase a separate condenser, still head and receiver adapter.
• Cone 19/26, socket 14/23, jacket length 155 mm
• Manufactured from 3.3 expansion borosilicate glass complying with ISO 3585 (ASTM E-438 Type 1 Class A)
• No grease can contaminate the vapour/condensate pathway from the still head to the receiver adapter
• Supplied with detachable plastic screw thread connectors which allow 9 mm bore flexible tubing to be fitted easily and safely.
