Frederiksen Absorption Plate Set

Set of two types of metals as absorber plates for radioactivity shielding experiments. The older model with lead plates has been discontinued to limit exposure to lead. 2 x 2 mm tin plates screens are equivalent to 1 x 2 mm lead plate. Comes with the Set-up bench for GM pipes and springs.
Tin plates: 6 x 2 mm thick
Aluminium plates: 2 x 3 mm thick, 6 x 2 mm thick and 4 x 0.5 mm thick.
