Raised floors and suspended ceilings (If applicable) completed, distribution of mechanical and electrical services and Internal surfaces finishes are completed. External hard standing is required for the delivery of equipment into the building. Any additional costs which arise because of the building not being at this stage will be chargeable.

M&E
WF Education requires all the relevant services live, commissioned and in the correct positions (no further than 1.5M from the final position of the machine) with the suitable isolators/sockets fitted as specified in the M&E drawings. Side Benching for bench mounted equipment, if applicable must be in place, complete and to the dimensions specified.

Projects – Revisits to complete work
Should it be necessary to revisit the site due to circumstances which WF Education or its agents, were not responsible for, such visits will be chargeable.

Projects – Overseas requirements
Visa and Work Permit Requirements. The cost of work permits and Visas for our engineers & installation teams may be charged if applicable and not quoted in the quotation. If these are required, they will be charged separately. Depending on various countries regulations you may be required to acquire the visa and work permits on behalf of WF Education Group Ltd.

Equipment and Machinery Installation
For electrical machinery, WF Education Group installation includes the connection to a mains socket, suitable isolator (depending on the individual requirement of the machine), and fully certificated and tested to NICEIC standards. If dead testing is required, this may incur an additional charge.
